Welcome to XVI Noir! Our brand was born right here in Swansea by two twenty-year-old mates with nothing but ambition, a love for fashion, and the dream of building something from the ground up. We didn’t have investors, big budgets, or fancy studios. Just the grit to get started and the vision to create clothing that actually means something.
